The Chamber contracts with Texas State University and their Small Business Development Center to offer new and start-up business assistance to entrepreneurs wishing to establish their businesses in Buda.

Located 15 minutes south of Austin just west of Interstate 35, Buda currently offers competitively priced office space, warehouse/manufacturing space and available land suited to industrial and commercial development combined with a rural atmosphere and the small town charm of an historic Texas town.

The Buda Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Buda, and the Buda Economic Development Corporation are working to recruit and retain businesses both new and old in the community. 
The Chamber takes the lead in promoting tourism for our city. 
The City of Buda and the Economic Development Corporation work to attract industrial and commercial development for our open land areas. 
The I-35 corridor from the northern Hays County line to mile marker 217 offers great potential for retail development while other open areas in Buda offer opportunities for residential and commercial development.
