BACC is dedicated to:
- Preserve the historic integrity and beauty of the community.
- Encourage economic growth to diversify the tax base and relieve the burden on working families.
- Create a competitive job market for area residents.
- Coordinate various group efforts to attract and develop new business in the Buda area.
- Work with the City of Buda and Hays County officials to optimize the economic opportunities for growth while balancing the needs of the community.
We have experienced record business and population growth in Northern Hays County and specifically in the Buda area the past couple of years. With the economic prosperity of the past compared to the economic prosperity of today, we know planning and organization are the keys to desirable growth challenges. This affects the citizens of Buda and surrounding areas. We all are to be involved in guiding this growth to preserve the quality of life that we enjoy and cherish, address the best way to use our resources in the future and to provide the business sector a voice with area leaders. All those affected by this growth have an avenue of organization and activity through the Chamber.
